Return Policy.
We do not offer refunds for session retainers.
Please reach out to us about rescheduling no later than 24 hours before your session to avoid additional charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your scheduled session you will be required to pay another deposit if rescheduling. Retainers can be transferred in rare events - contact us for more information.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If your package shows up severely damaged, do not open the box - take photos and contact us right away. We will likely have you mark the shipping label with "refused - return to sender" and send it back. We will order and ship a replacement as soon as the damaged package is on its way back to us.
If you open your package and the photo is damaged (ie. dented or scratched) or the frame is broken/cracked/chipped, send us a photo of the damage and we will either get you a return label, repair any damage, and ship it back rushed, or tell you to keep/discard the damaged product and will send a replacement (depending on which will be more cost effective).
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of approval from Antonelli’s Photography. All returned items must be discussed with Antonelli’s Photography before replacements will be issued.
